Product Warranty

All products are warranted against defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.  Son of Hibachi® will repair or replace at no charge to the the customer any defect that appears in our products during this period.  Warranty is invalid when breakage or other damages occur as a result of careless handling, customer misuse, or improper assembly.

Shipping Information

Terms:
All orders require 100% payment before shipment.  We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express (AmEx), Discover and Paypal.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped UPS Ground within the Continental U.S.  Please allow seven to ten business days to receive your merchandise.

Returns:
Son of Hibachi® must pre-authorize any returns.

All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped U.S. Parcel Post.  The following surcharges are in addition to regular shipping charges on the order form.
